Covid-19 Vaccination Policy

Safeworx Covid-19 Vaccination Requirement

Safeworx requires any person who enters our offices or sites to be fully vaccinated, to help ensure the wellbeing and safety of our people and everyone we welcome there.

Effective 6 December 2021, we are mandating this policy and ask if you are visiting any of our branches, that you will confirm that you are fully vaccinated against Covid-19.

As health and safety experts, Safeworx has a commitment and passion for workplace wellbeing, and we strongly support vaccination as a critical protection against Covid-19.

Following consultation with staff, endorsed by our Leadership Team we are standing together with many of our client organisations in this requirement.

Whether staff, client, visitor, contractor or supplier, you will be asked to confirm your vaccination status.

 

  • Please ensure you have proof of vaccination with you. We may ask you to provide this to us.

 

We do respect that vaccination is an individual choice and where necessary, we will work in good faith with individuals to reach a fair and reasonable outcome, whilst ensuring the safety of all.

 

Meetings at Safeworx Branches

 

You will note on meeting invites from Safeworx that, by accepting the invitation from us, you are confirming you are fully vaccinated.

If you are unable to attend a meeting at our office, please talk to the invite owner to arrange a MS Teams link to join or another solution.

 

If you have a medical exemption

Contractors, Suppliers and other visitors

 

Before entering our branches, you will be asked to confirm your vaccination status.

We will only allow fully vaccinated people to visit inside our offices. Please ensure you have proof of vaccination with you. We may ask you to provide this to us.
