SAFEWORX SHIPPING POLICY

1. SHIPPING METHODS AND TIMELINES:
We strive to process and ship all in stock orders within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.
Orders are shipped via national couriers and delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination. Urgent deliveries via specialised couriers are available on request. Please note that an urgent courier charge will be charged to your trading account or cash sale purchase. Please contact our customer service team for assistance with urgent orders and how we can assist with their delivery or collection from your nearest Safeworx branch.

2. FREIGHT FREE OVER $150.00 (EXCL. GST)
Orders shipped to a single delivery point within New Zealand over $150.00 NZD excluding GST are exempt from freight costs. Any order below the Minium Order Value (MOV) will automatically be charge an $8.95 Freight and Handling charge. Any Supply contracts that differ from the above will be charged in accordance with that agreement.

Exclusion to this rule include, oversized products, Dangerous Goods deliveries, express delivery requests, dropships, and rural and residential deliveries.

Saturday Delivery  Plus $4.50
Non-Urban / Rural Deliveries  Plus $7.50

DELIVERY TIME PERIODS

Standard delivery Times are outlined below:

Auckland Same Day to Next Day from date of despatch depending on the Courier pickup cycles.
North Island Next day from despatch
South Island  2-3 business days from despatch
Rural Deliveries   3-5 business days from despatch


3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees levied by their country's customs department.

4. ORDER TRACKING:

Once your order has been shipped, we can set you up to receive automatic email notifications with tracking information of your parcel. This will direct you to the track and trace web page of the courier we have sent your parcel on. Please contact anyone in our Customer Services Team to set this up for you.

5. SHIPPING ADDRESS:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information on their orders or at the point of checkout on our website. We will not be held responsible for delays or additional charges due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

6. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS:

Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to regulatory or safety reasons. Please refer to product descriptions or contact our customer service team for more information.

7. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS:

Once an order has been placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible if you need to make any modifications to your order.

8. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:

In the rare event that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will collaborate with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement or refund as appropriate.

9. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

Please refer to our Returns and Exchanges Policy for information on how to return or exchange products purchased. All returns must be accompanied with a correct Safeworx Returns Authorisation Number (RA).
